Multiplication tables with 6 - exercises to get started
To start with, we always divide the eggs into small boxes of 6. This way we can say there are so many clusters or groups in total.
This way you can make the task clear to yourself:
For example, imagine that all the eggs are distributed among pupils in a class. Everyone gets a box of 6. So we divide the whole crowd into groups of 6 eggs.
So now we can start with the task for the multiplication table of 6.

An important thing when learning the multiplication tables with 6 is the fact that we can always write a number of a multiplication table series as a plus task (sum) or as a multiplication task (later we also call this a product or a multiplication).
30 is for example
- 6 + 6 + 6 + 6 (plus task)
or
- 5 times 6 (painting task)
